CONTEST

Runway Liberia International goal is to discover and support up-and-coming fashion designers, giving those selected to participate in the Emerging Designer Competition (EDC) a great opportunity to launch their career. The mission is simple: Develop new talent by offering an interactive platform where designers learn first hand from top fashion experts about the industry, show a capsule collection on a professional runway for nearly 1000 attendees, and are given the opportunity to meet local & national media, buyers, and stylists.

OVERVIEW 

Top Emerging Fashion Designers submit an online application.  15 Semifinalists are selected by a panel of fashion industry experts for an opportunity for one winning designer to show a collection at Runway Liberia International Showcase  June 2018 in Baltimore, Maryland U.S.A.  The public vote along with fashion industry experts votes will determine who the Grand Prize Winner will be.......

 

The Grand Prize Winner will then be invited to show a cohesive collection of twelve complete looks for the opportunity and be awarded the "TOP INTERNATIONAL EMERGING DESIGNER" recognition.  Grand Prize
